My wife and I finally decided to ditch Hughes Net, choosing this recommended local provider--We couldn't be happier with our choice. They said what they would do and cheerfully did what they said. The office manager is always courteous and is empowered by the owners to resolve or schedule to resolve all issues on the initial call. Refreshing old style customer service.

We went out on a limb and also ordered their cell phone booster. Not an inexpensive endeavor. They came out and essentially surveyed my location and measured the possible cell-strength increase. We agreed to the purchase and confess that we feel a bit giddy at having a cell phone that actually works...all the time. We very much regret not acquiring that technology earlier. Five Stars for NNSS!
